Mathematics (BA)(BSc)
Develop analytical skills and mathematical knowledge.
Why choose this program?
Studying mathematics is so much more than solving equations – it provides a solid base for every scientific field. It's not just the numeracy you learn here that's applicable to so many intellectual pursuits. Our courses teach you how to think and to solve problems, and you’ll learn how to make airtight arguments and look for every possible loophole.

Careers
Studying Mathematics at ºÚÁϳԹÏÍøprepares you for four main mathematical career paths: Applied and Computational, Pure, Actuarial, and Financial and Mathematics Education. However, mathematicians find careers in diverse fields.
Graduates often go on to pursue a Master of Science (MSc) in Mathematics because it offers the opportunity to complete an in-depth research project in their field of interest. However, an undergraduate degree in math also puts you in a good position if you want to pursue graduate studies in another scientific field.
