Program options
This professional master's degree program offers three specializations:
- Mental Health and Addictions Residency requirement; requires 250 hours of clinical placements/practica. Courses include simulations and are delivered in a combination of modalities: in-person, synchronously online and asynchronously online.
- Nurse Practitioner (Residency requirement; requires total of 700-hrs of clinical placements/practica) Courses include lab components, lectures, and are delivered in a combination of modalities: in-person, synchronously online and asynchronously online.
- Professional - Course-Based, No clinical placements – can be completed 100% online from anywhere in Canada). Courses are delivered both synchronously online and asynchronously online.
Clinical Practicum: During the Master of Nursing Mental Health and Addictions and Master of Nursing Nurse Practitioner degree programs, you will participate in clinical placements to gain hands-on experience.
