Where expertise meets transformative action
Dr. Julie LaRoche (MSc’81, PhD’86) is a professor in the Department of Biology, the Canada Research Chair in Marine Microbial Genomics and Biogeochemistry, a fellow of the Royal Society of Canada and the Associate Scientific Director of the Transforming Climate Action project. After working in the United States and Europe, she returned to ºÚÁϳԹÏÍøand is exploring how climate change affects marine ecosystems.
