Community Partnerships and Pathways
Engineering at ºÚÁϳԹÏÍøhas a rich relationship with both industry and community partners, benefiting from the long-standing efforts and commitments of Imhotep, Women in Engineering, Go Eng Girl, and several other student support groups and services on campus. Without the efforts of these great organizations, we would not be where we are today.
As we continue to look to improve, ºÚÁϳԹÏÍøEngineering is actively coordinating with the Associate Universities and Dalhousie’s Director of Indigenous Community Engagement and Director of African Nova Scotian Community Engagement to build new pathways and ensure a smooth transition for students coming to Dalhousie.
There are a number of resources we hope you’ll take advantage of to help support your own pathway into engineering, and there are many ways for you to get involved as a mentor if you’re interested in helping others.
We encourage you to reach out to these great student associations or your department if you’re looking to get involved and want to learn more about what opportunities are available.
