Departmental billings for Facilities Management services and projects

The Facilities Management (FM) unit at the Agricultural Campus uses Famis, a computerized maintenance management system. Famis uses a work order system to collect costs associated with performing individual repairs, as well as larger projects.

Famis also allows FM to bill customer accounts directly for these costs on a weekly basis, rather than using a manual billing process.
