SERVICES

The Arts Centre is committed to making the arts accessible to all. We understand every situation is unique and are pleased to offer the following services for all performances:

Assistive Listening System

To enhance the enjoyment of those who may be hard of hearing, listening aids are available free of charge from an usher. A piece of identification is required for deposit.Ìý

The Rebecca Cohn Auditorium is equippedÌýwith an LS-55 Stationary Wireless RF System by Listen Technologies. This Assistive Listening System has a signal-to-noise ratio of 80 dB or greater with an audio frequency response of 50 Hz-15 kHz. To be accessible to as many people as possible, there are multiple attachments available to suit various needs: universal ear speaker, headsets for dual ear listening or intelligent neck loop/lanyard. For those with hearing aids and cochlear implants equipped with telecoils, the lanyard has an integrated DSP driven neck loop that automatically senses and directly sends optimized audio signals.ÌýÌý
