Dentistry Building

5981 University Avenue

Located on Dalhousie's Carleton campus, the current Dentistry Building first opened in 1958 in a small, three-story building. Two decades later, an extension was added to the building, generating four times the space. Connected to the Forrest and Burbidge buildings, the Dentistry building is home to the Faculty of Dentistry and is part of Dalhousie's Health Professions Complex.

The Dentistry building is where you'll find the Dental Clinic with state-of-the-art clinical facilities providing dental care for the public through our educational programs, a café called Fillings and two student lounges. After-hours access is through the College Street entrance only.
