In support of  on March 19, ºÚÁϳԹÏÍøHuman Resources is pleased to announce that a new  is available on MyDal with a NetID login.Â
The Guide is a self-directed exploration of sleep habits, including exercises and reflections, as well as helpful videos.
Take some time to consider how your sleep habits measure up.
Thanks go to Vendura Wellness for their part in the development of this resource for Dalhousie.​
