Study Title: Design and Evaluation of a Persuasive Mobile Application for Stress Management
Ìý
Stress is a growing issue in mental health, which compromises the productivity of the affected individuals and their populations. Stress is triggered when the pressure of demands exceeds our natural capacity to adapt and capability to cope. If not treated, chronic stress can impact not only mental but physical and emotional health.

If you are a student (part-time or full-time) and 18 years or older whose studies have been impacted by COVID-19, you are invited to participate in our research study to share your experience. The information you provide will be anonymously collected and then analyzed to inform the design of a mobile application for stress management. In total, the survey questionnaire contains 8 main questions. It begins with demographical questions, then proceeds to 6 sets of quantitative sets of structured statements, including a qualitative open-ended question. Approximately, the questionnaire will take from 20 to 30 minutes to complete. Your participation is entirely your choice. You are welcome to exit the survey at any time - incomplete responses will automatically be eliminated.
