Mental Health Habits: Week 4

January is Mental Health Month at ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø(dal.ca/thrive).

This is the last week that a mental health habit will be presented for you to try each day for the rest of the week.  These are practices found to be helpful in maintaining and regaining mental health.  

Week 4: Take 2 minutes and send one or more positive emails

Say thank you, check in to see how someone is doing, show kindness, reconnect with someone you haven't heard from in a while.

Week 1: Write 3 things per day you are grateful for

Week 2: Be physically active 15 minutes per day

Week 3: Stop and watch your breath for 2 minutes each day ​
