When we manage our stress well we perform with more professionalism in the workplace. Having good self-awareness of ourselves helps us to manage stress. At work the ϳԹcore competency of Self-Awareness and Professionalism means that you are “maintaining your health, composure and stamina under pressure and in difficult situations”.
This 22-minute video explores the signs of burnout, offers tips to better cope with stress and how to move from the negative to the positive.
