ºÚÁϳԹÏÍøstudents, staff, Dalplex members and community members are encouraged to join the Dalplex Dashers Walktober team! Walktober is all about getting up and getting active, while becoming conscious about how active you are.

Dalplex challenges everyone that joins their Walktober team to walk 10,000 steps a day. Dalplex will be giving away weekly prizes to their team members who track their steps throughout the month and the first 100 people to join the Dashers will receive a free pedometer.

Once you register come pick up your pedometer at the Dalplex Customer Service Desk to receive a prize ballot, or email Jocelyn at jocelyn.brison@dal.ca to have your pedometer delivered to you.
