If you are the parent or caregiver of a preschool child, you are invited to participate in a short online survey investigating parental perceptions of traditional reading and reading apps. Interactive, multimedia reading apps for young children have not been the focus of much previous research and our understanding of their use is limited. This study explores how and why parents/caregivers choose reading apps for their preschool children instead (or in addition to) traditional print books.
This study is being conducted by Maureen Wallace, a Master of Library and Information Studies student in the Faculty of Management at ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø, and will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
If you are interested in participating in this study, the survey is available at until July 31, 2014.
