Natalie Sachrajda, Cross Country
Natalie placed seventh at the Interlock meet in Montreal this past weekend. She ran the 6km race in 22:05, more than a minute faster than her personal best time, helping the Tigers to a second place team finish.
A second-year microbiology master’s student, Sachrajda hails from Ottawa, ON.
Alex Dempsey, Volleyball
Alex collected 21 kills, 10 digs and 23 points during the Tigers two-game series against the University of Winnipeg this past weekend. Despite the third-year outside hitter’s best efforts, the Tigers lost the series 0-2 in two very close matches.
Alex is from Halifax, Nova Scotia and is an engineering student.
