The Cobain Case, a film screening and lecture by best-selling author Ian Halperin (Who Killed Kurt Cobain?, Love & Death: The Murder of Kurt Cobain), is presented by the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍøStudent Union in the McInnes Room on Friday, November 5, at 8:30 p.m.
The bizarre circumstances surrounding the death of Nirvana lead singer Kurt Cobain is one of the most talked about mysteries of our time. Since the tragic event on April 8, 1994, Ian Halperin — former winner of the Rolling Stone magazine Award for Investigative Journalism — has been a key figure in trying to exhibit the life and death of the enigmatic front man.
Following a screening of his film, "The Cobain Case," the film maker who has appeared on a variety of prominent television shows including Dateline and The Today Show, will lead a question and answer period.
Cost is $6 in advance, $9 at the door.
