About the Program
The 听is a 16-month, non-credit program designed听to develop your leadership skills and provide you with hands-on experience in high-demand Canadian industries.
You'll complete foundational courses in leadership and human resource management. Then, you'll start one of the specialization courses of your choice in听IT Project Management, Construction Site Management, or Sustainable Energy Technology Management.

- Canadian workplace training
- One-on-one career counselling
- Job search support led by the ISANS team
- A four-month work term in your field of study
