On the weekend of March 23, the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍøCommerce Society and the Rowe School of Business hosted the Atlantic Throwdown competition featuring five ºÚÁϳԹÏÍøteams competing head to head with five UPEI teams.
This year, Dalhousie’s winning team included first, second and third year students: Paul Dimitruk, Nicole Drozdiak, Kirsten Nuendorff and Andrew Quinlan. ºÚÁϳԹÏÍønarrowly lost the head-to-head overall championship (and the coveted Atlantic Throwdown Ship Trophy) in an incredibly close contest. Faculty Advisor for the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍøteam, Dan Shaw, said, "I want to congratulate organizers, volunteers and participants in the Atlantic Throwdown. I can say the future looksÌýbright and the talent level is high. This bodes well for our national competitions next year."
