Official TOEFL test score (minimum score of 92- internet based is required) or equivalent (see earlier paragraph for equivalencies). Remember that the TOEFL requirement may be waived where the student has completed a degree program at an institution where the language of instruction is English and the official transcripts reflect this fact.
