Position: Part-time Academic – Fall 2017 (Emergency Filling)
Department:  Plant, Food, and Environmental Sciences
Pay Rate:  In accordance with the CUPE collective agreement

Work Assignment:   This Lecturer will teach Lectures and Labs for LARC4001 Landscape Architecture Studio I for the period of November-December, 2017.  The class (Lecture) is currently scheduled for Wednesdays (8:35-12:25; 13:35-15:25).  The Part-time Academic will be responsible for all aspects of teaching and administering the class, including lectures, running labs, field tours, test preparation and evaluation.  The position reports to the Chair of the Department.

At least one year Professional and/or teaching in a postsecondary educational institution. Excellent oral, written communication skills, Collegiality and interpersonal skills. Masters in Landscape Architecture (MLA) with studio and design experience is required. Knowledge and skills in landscape design, presentation, CAD would be an asset.
