Lunch Time Fitness at the LAC –is a group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenics and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. These fitness classes get fast results and create a supportive and motivational community of like-minded people.
Come Try us on in August for 8 Class Program!!
August 5 – 21 (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday)
$55 for the August Program
