What: The most fun youll ever have on a golf course! Enter a 4 person team into our wild and wacky 9-hole golf tournament for NSDA Truro United Way Campaign
When: Friday, October 19th, 1:00 pm (possible shot-gun start if we get enough teams)

Who: Teams of 4. All welcome!
How: Enter your team of four people no need to be an avid golfer, just find folks who want to have fun for a great cause! Or, if you dont have a team of 4, but want to golf, we can place you with another team. Just call or email Claire Hanlon Smith at 893-4491 or hanlonca@gov.ns.ca
How much?: $25 per person
Format: Each team of 4 will play 9 holes, with a surprise at each hole, in a modified scramble format. Everyone will hit every shot, but a surprise at each hole will help to determine the winning team. Skill may not be what you need, but luck, to do well in this tournament! Each hole will have a twist a different fun element to ensure that the best golfers are not guaranteed to win! However, a combination of luck, skill and fun will see the team with the best score take home the coveted inaugural NSDA Golf FORE! for United Way trophy. There may also be some special holes, where you can pay a small fee (eg. $2 to enter the contest), such as closest to the pin, straightest drive, etc.
Other: Post game BBQ for $5: hotdog or hamburger, chips and homemade cake. Beverages can be purchased at the club house canteen. Extra hamburger or hotdog $2. Each golfer will also receive a gift bag with some golf and other goodies. And the coveted inaugural NSDA Golf FORE! United Way trophy will be awarded to the luckiest team.
Please come on out to have a fun-filled Friday afternoon and support a great cause the Colchester United Way.
Fore!!!
