How to uninstall Java version you don't need
听
Currently, FAMIS or BRIO cannot run on Java version 7.听 If you find you cannot run FAMIS or BRIO, chances are the version is incorrect.听 To check your Java version, .听 If you are running Java version 7:
1.听听听听听 Go to Control Panel, click on Programs and Features.
2.听听听听听 Scroll down until you find Java鈩� - the list is in alphabetical order.
3. 听 听 听To uninstall old Java TM versions, right-mouse click on the program and then听select Uninstall to any that are small than the highest version.
You should not have to reboot your PC.听 However, it might be a good idea.
If you need Java version 6, ensure you are logged into Novell, open Windows Explorer and go to S:\Install\famis.听 Double-click on Java-Auto-Inst.bat to install.
